participants was conducted at a conference of women
entrepreneurs and small business owners in Tampa,
Florida.
Women
& Entrepreneurship in the 21st Century
was hosted by the U.S. Department of Labor, the
Small Business Administration, and the Center for
Entrepreneurial Excellence.
The
Kauffman Foundation, a Kansas City-based
organization dedicated to advancing
entrepreneurship, sponsored the use of the audience
response system used to conduct the survey.
