Philomena J. Teixeira has 15 years of commercial and residential lending and accounting/ administration experience with various financial institutions. During her career she has held such positions as credit analyst, underwriter, residential mortgage officer, and forensic auditor. Philomena has been employed with RIEDC since 1998 with her primary duties being the promotion of the financial services programs and the administration and underwriting of applications for the corresponding Board’s consideration.
